  We read every brief ourselves and confirm it has everything the right specialist needs to quote accurately.
2. We Match and Notify
  We send your brief to vetted specialists who cover your area and trade. They review it before deciding whether to quote no blanket cold calls.
3. You Receive Matched Quotes
Up to 3 specialists will contact you directly to arrange a site visit or ask follow-up questions before submitting their quote.
A few things worth knowing while you wait:
Quotes are matched, not broadcast. We don’t send your details to a large list. Each specialist sees your brief and chooses to respond, which means you’ll only hear from builders who are interested in your project and available in your area.
5 working days is the target. Most homeowners hear from at least 1 specialist within 2–3 working days. If you haven’t heard anything after 5 working days, email us at project@quotemyrenovation.co.uk, and we’ll follow up.
You’re in control. You’re under no obligation to accept any quote. If a specialist contacts you and it’s not the right fit, let them know.
Check your spam folder. Specialists may contact you by email as well as phone. If you haven’t heard from anyone within 48 hours, it’s worth checking your spam or junk folder in case an email landed there.
