Builders must demonstrate completed projects comparable to the work they apply to be matched for in London specifically. A general builder who has done one loft conversion is not a loft conversion specialist.

We review each builder's Google Business Profile, independent reviews, and online presence. Consistent complaints about communication, quality, or reliability are grounds for rejection or removal.
